FEED MY FRANKENSTEIN!!

Thanks to my fabulous SIL, I got to see Alice Cooper in concert last night!

It was an awesome show and I enjoyed every bit of it! As the original shock-rocker he didn't disappoint, the stage show was killer, the music was great and the crowd was totally insane.

However, I bet all the morons who didn't bother to find out who Alice Cooper is or what kind of show he puts on felt really stupid for bringing their toddlers, as they should.

Dumbasses. Witness, part of the show:

Does this look like the kind of guy you want to explain to your kids under the age of ten?

Added to that was the moronic woman who sat behind us who actually wanted us to sit down because she couldn't see. Too freakin bad, lady. This is an Alice Cooper concert. If you wanna see you either need to stand the hell up, like everyone else, or get a concert dvd and watch it at home. Better yet, stay at Munch 'N' Music, where you belong.

Well, Alice Cooper is a Christian regardless of how theatrical he gets. He's cleaned up his music and show a lot, puts his money to good use and is a really nice guy.

Imagine the kinds of witnessing opportunities he gets!

Wow, Fra, were you there? Lets see, he beat up a woman on stage (theatrical or not), killed same woman, then stabbed a baby through the heart, and then was hanged.

Hmmm....were is the witnessing posibility there?

Alice Cooper never clamied to be a Christian artist. He's a Christian who happens to be a musician. Nor did I ever say "this was such an awesome Cristian show!" His theatrics to me are of little importance because they are so obviously fake. They are less shocking than the special effects in most movies. The song he sings during the woman beating skit is against spousal abuse. That's what it's about.

I doubt any Christian can say he or she spends all his time and money on things that are purely of Christian persuasion. Can you? Is every movie you've seen Christian? Every book you've ever read? Every song you've listened to? I firmly believe that everyone is responsible for his or her own actions as well as their own very personal relationship with God. Alice Cooper is still in a position to witness to people the rest of us would have no shot at. Seriously? There are worse things. Get over it.
