The update that Sabrina would not let me forget

So hey kids. I haven't posted for a while as I have been kinda busy. I have taken a temporary job at Brad's Auto Parts. Don't let the name fool you, it's a wrecking yard. They are like the U-Pull-It. In any case, I have signed on to cover maternity leave for a nice gal named Debra whose daughter, Makayla, goes to day care with Corbin. My good friend Ted from church also works there so it's pretty comfy. Beyond that, Brandon wrecked his car last Friday so I have been dropping Corbin off, picking Dakota up, dropping Dakota off at school, dropping Brandon off at work, going to work, picking Corbin up at day care, picking Brandon up at work, and going home. Whee. I would just like to say that I would not have taken the job if they had not agreed to work with my school schedule. Brandon is finally done with finals and all is well there. Corbin has risen to new heights of misbehavior and I don't even want to go there. I am getting ready to start class for the summer so my prerequisite will be out of the way. I am having moments of "what have I gotten myself in to?" but I still feel driven. My mother has moved out of her house and in with my older brother and sister-in-law. Her new house will be ready for her to move into sometime in the next ten years. I know for a fact that the carpet must be replaced and the junked cars on the property must be burned in effigy before she can move in. Then she has to have a well drilled and the whole place has to be fenced and the barn has to be built. I am temporarily relocating to Peru so she cannot rope me into any of this. I helped her move out of her old place and I don't relish doing something so closely related for the next twenty years or so. On a more uplifting note, just read a book called, "When you look like your passport photo, it's time to go home" by Erma Bombeck and laughed my butt off. I would recommend this to anyone going on any kind of trip any time between now and the end of life as we know it. If nothing else it helps us see that we are not the only ones who suck at this travelling thing. On that note, I am going to bed. Mostly because I have to drive Brandon to work tomorrow.
